At Jay Beauty, we take great care to ensure your order is packed accurately and meets our quality standards. At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or dislike of the product.

If we confirm that the item you received does not match your order, we will provide either:

A full refund to your original payment method (your choice).

We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
